In this 2 hour workshop, we will practice breathing strategies and prep work in our legs, hips, spine, and shoulders that support strong, easeful backbends. In addition to the prep work, there will be progressions of each pose offered, so you can play with fun, new variations of poses and find the ones that work for your level.
All levels welcomed.
Props needed: 2 blocks, a strap, a blanket, and a wall.
