Find some relief in the hips by working strength and control in new movement pathways, including some out of the box exercises in addition to more traditional yoga poses.

We will support this work using breathwork and self massage to keep the nervous system in check.

This online workshop is for anyone who wants to find more freedom in their hips, find relief from chronic tension/soreness, and learn some new tools to create ease in your body.

All levels of yoga practice are welcome!

Props needed: a yoga mat, 2 blocks, blanket, lightweight resistance band, optional therapy ball or tennis ball.
