In this 2 hour workshop, we will dive into prep work needed to feel strong and spacious in backbends. We will spend time learning breath techniques and actions in the legs, spine, and shoulders to find ease in backbends including bridge, camel, and wheel.

In addition to the prep work, there will be progressions of each pose offered, so you can play with fun, new variations of poses and find the ones that work for you.
