In this 2 hour workshop, we will explore ways to access a powerful, conscious breath that provides a reset to our nervous system, reduces stress and creates more space in our physical body and mind. We will investigate the breath in meditation, while tracking sensation in the body in gentle and relaxed exercises. The work will culminate with an exploration of breath in yoga poses, offering up a fresh perspective of how to find work in the body without triggering our fight/flight response. When we prioritize the breath, it can keep us embodied, present, and ultimately changes our experience.
