Breathe Easy is a 75 minute workshop to help you shift towards more easeful breath through awareness, sensory input, and movement. 

Breath is necessary for our existence, an accurate indicator of our internal state, and a hugely influential part of all of our bodies’ systems. From perception of pain to eliciting different responses of our Autonomic Nervous System, how we breathe is foundational to our lives. Breathing well is key to inhabiting our bodies with ease.

This class will focus on breathing mechanics, movement, and nervous system regulation to help with potential symptoms including fatigue, pain, and anxiety that might stem from breathing issues.

You will need:

-a yoga mat

-a small blanket (or large towel)

-2 yoga blocks

-a yoga strap (or scarf)

This workshop is 75 minutes long. It will stream live via Zoom and will be recorded.
