Backbends can be extremely therapeutic, make you feel powerful, and provide quite a rush. They can also bring up feelings of anxiety, fear, resistance, and discomfort in the body. In this workshop, we will use pranayama, alignment and biomechanics, and a smart sequence to prepare our bodies and minds to move into backbends with clarity, confidence and excitement!
We will cover a wide range of backbends and modifications will be provided so there will be something for everybody from novice to advanced practitioner. All levels welcomed on this journey.
